I remember when I visited her by MYSELF while she was at McGregor. She was so delighted 😍 Our talk was mainly with looks. While she was waiting for pt to take her to do some physical therapy, she asked me about the congregation gathering, I showed her all the pictures of it, we had such a good laugh and she wished she was there. She said that the friends had brought her some food. She looked at me and I remembered all the warnings and talks she had given me. Can't wait to see her again 😍 Love ❤️ Markietta Wilson
I remember when I stayed with her for four years, it was a shelter from a storm. A time when I needed to stay with someone. When I needed someone to show love and compassion. While there I taught her to play Scrabble, which became her favorite game. Looking forward to playing Scrabble with her again. I'll miss her dearly. Thanks so much! Cheryl Lancaster
I remember when Sister Lassiter beat me not once, but twice in Scrabble! She made some of the best carrot cake I ever ate while she was beating me. Laugh, laugh, laugh!
I remember when she would Quote Proverbs 3:5-6 .. No Matter What Our Conversations Were About.. These Scriptures Were Her Advice.
I remember when we went on trips and did line dancing I loved seeing your tiny feet move so well
I remember when she was a school crossing guard
I remember when she took good care of my Mom Jennie Phillips, what a trooper.
I remember when Sister Lassiter tried her best to teach me how to have a green thumb like her when it came to growing plants. I explained to her that both my thumbs were black and it would never work. Even though to this day my thumbs still remain black i admired how much time and love she gave to her hobby and also encouraging me to at least try. My favorite color is purple and this summer while visiting our son at Bethel i saw the prettiest purple plant and the sister broke me off a piece and right now its growing. I cant take the credit tho my daughter is actually keeping it alive rofl.
I remember when she started a Bible study with a lady in her eighty. Because of Sister Lassiter's fine teaching it didn't take long for that person to dedicate her life to Jehovah

I remember when I would go to see about Lena. It was every Sunday for awhile. I would make sure that she was comfortable and ready for the night. Then we would sit and talk. Her conversations were encouraging. She would talk about her love for Jehovah and her many years of service. She would always say "Iam keeping up with the chariot" or "I have to hurry up and wait on Jehovah". I thought I was going over to see about Lena but I realize that I was going there so that she could see about me.
I remember when she use to put me on top of the washing machine when it was on Spin, as though it was a park ride. She also sang me a song that made me Sleep called Chibbabah if that can be made out!
